Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Thobes, kaftans, and outerwear
  • Accessories (caps, shemagh, etc.)
  • Items in original, unworn condition
  • Items with original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Attars and fragrances (hygiene reasons)
  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Custom or tailored items
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Return

    Initiate Return

    Log into your account, go to order history, and select "Return Item" for the item you wish to return.

    Package Your Item

    Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization form.

    Ship It Back

    Use the prepaid return label provided or drop off at a designated location. Keep your receipt.

    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return, plus additional time for your bank to process the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns
  • We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrect items

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color within 14 days of delivery. To exchange an item, simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend doing this promptly to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
